Nature of 3D Printed Goods: Our products (including mini animals, fidget toys, and custom critters) are individually manufactured in small batches utilizing 3D-printing technology. Because of this localized process, slight cosmetic variations, minor surface imperfections, or layer lines may be present. These are not defects but are a normal characteristic of the 3D-printing process.
Safety Warning: Our articulated mini animals and fidget toys contain small parts and joints that move. They are not intended for infants or very young children, as small parts can pose a choking hazard if broken or used improperly.
Intellectual Property: The brand name The Mortal Paradox, our logos, custom designs, website text, and media are the property of The Mortal Paradox and are protected by copyright laws.

4. Accuracy of Pricing, Billing, and Account Information

We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email provided at the time the order was made.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. The Mortal Paradox is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, severe weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the buyer.
