Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting The Mortal Paradox! We take great pride in our small-batch, locally crafted 3D prints and fidgets. If you aren't completely satisfied with your new desk pet or companion, we are here to help.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• In its original packaging (if applicable).

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom or Personalized Orders: Items printed in custom color combinations or sizes requested specifically by you.

• Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@themortalparadox.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

📦 Please Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether your refund has been approved.

 

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days (depending on your bank's processing times).
