Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Mortal Paradox! We take great pride in crafting our 3D-printed mini animals, fidget toys, and collectibles in small, eco-friendly batches right here in West Virginia.
Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.
1. Processing Time (3–5 Business Days)
Because our items are made locally in small batches—and often printed to order—we require 3 to 5 business days to prepare, inspect, and package your order before it ships.

Business Days: Processing times do not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or major federal holidays.

Order Tracking: As soon as your items are packed and handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the package weight and your location.
We primarily ship via standard carrier services (such as USPS). While delivery times vary depending on your distance from Appalachia, most domestic orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days after the processing period.
⚠️ Note: Delivery estimates provided at checkout are determined by the shipping carrier and are estimates only. The Mortal Paradox cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once a package leaves our workshop.
3. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the buyer.
If a package is returned to us as "Undeliverable" or "Return to Sender" due to an address error, the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to re-ship the item.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the buyer. The Mortal Paradox is not liable for any products lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery.
If your package arrives physically damaged or broken from the transit process, please take a photo immediately and contact us at info@themortalparadox.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
